Welcome to our new website! I wanted to do an introduction to our site. We are Dustin and Lisa. We live in the mountains of Western North Carolina. We decided about 6 months ago to start a You Tube page that follows our family as we get into our many adventures. The idea began with planning a road trip from NC to Arizona, while pulling a camper. Dustin couldn’t find many videos that showed road conditions when traveling with an RV or Travel Trailer, so he wanted to take a trip and time lapse the journey. The idea evolved from there…

We decided that we would also try to share some of the things we get into on the regular with our business, some how-to’s, baking, church, homeschool, etc. Anyone who knows us, knows that we seem to always have a lot of things going on at any given time. We run a property maintenance business, co-host a beautiful short term rental, we are very active in our church, Dustin does woodworking, and welding, I bake and sew, we homeschool our 10 year old son. Dustin is also building a 1967 Ford Pickup and we we just purchased a fixer-upper to renovate as a rental property. We toiled with different names but one thing became common in all our discussions, we just want to try to do right by what God has given us….to be good stewards, to share our knowledge, our lack of knowledge, our successes and our failures, and most of all to share the good news of Jesus Christ….so here we are The Humble Stewards. We hope you’ll follow along with us on our journey, adventures and misadventures!
